Our Shipping Policies:
- Once order placed it will take 6 to 8 working days to reach the product to you.
- Kindly check your given mail ID because once the order dispatches you will get your tracking details through your given mail ID.
- No urgent order taken.
- For Cod, Before Shipment Posh Jewelery team will contact you If you’re not pick the call, the order will cancel automatically.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Return and Refunds:
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect but must want un-boxing full videos without any cuts. We reserve the right to refuse a return beyond 3 days of receipt of the product.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned product and a store credit will be processed in the form of a coupon code which can be used for future purchases.
- We do not provide cash refunds.
- Please note that products under the SALE section are not valid for any exchange or return.
- Under very rare circumstances, the earring stems may be bent and beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Single stone or two stone missing or fallen as well single pearl or two pearl missing on shipment there was not acceptable for replacement.
- Kindly make sure you are aware of the product details before you place an order. Once the product is received by you in good condition, return or exchange because of your personal liking towards the product or non-suitability of the product on yourself will not be entertained.
